Jakarta, 29 April 2025: The Just Energy Transition Partnership (JETP) Secretariat has launched a portfolio-page website that offers up-to-date information on JETP-supported activities and financing mobilization as part of the Secretariat’s accountability for its impacts on Indonesia's journey toward a low-carbon economy.

Initially, JETP only published grant funding. The platform now includes detailed information on grants, concessional loans, non-concessional loans, equity financing, and other funding modalities, thereby enhancing financial transparency.

Instead of biannual updates, the portfolio will be refreshed monthly, with new financing entries and project data regularly added to ensure timeliness. Each project and program now includes clear and comprehensive descriptions, allowing stakeholders to understand objectives, scope, and implementation context.

The platform is also used to measure key parameters of a just energy transition, including greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reductions or avoidance, growth in renewable energy (RE) capacity, and inclusion indicators such as grievance mechanisms and job creation outcomes.

Key features of the website:

• Portfolio Dashboard: Provides aggregated data on JETP financing, including approved amounts, supported projects and programs, renewable energy capacity additions, potential greenhouse gas emissions reductions, job creation, and workforce reskilling efforts.
  
  
• Project Portfolio: Details individual projects supported by JETP, such as the Muara Laboh Geothermal Power Plant expansion, highlighting objectives, funding sources, and implementation statuses.
  
  
• Program Portfolio: Outlines various programs aimed at facilitating Indonesia's energy transition, including policy-based lending initiatives, technical assistance, and capacity-building efforts, such as the Sustainable Least-cost Electrification (ISLE-1) program.
